Takazudo Modular is an online shop run by Takazudo, based in Japan and specializing in modular synthesizers.
It all started with a simple thought: more people should get into modular synthesis. That idea led to opening a shop on Mercari Shops, combined with educational content on YouTube.
What began in 2023 has since grown. We are grateful to have been authorized by several overseas brands to distribute their products in Japan as an official dealer.
In addition, Takazudo has been studying circuit design and building eurorack cases, and we now sell these DIY products as well.

Two Cores — Shop and Knowledge
Takazudo Modular rests on two cores.
The first is the shop. We import modular synthesizers from overseas brands and deliver them within Japan, and we also sell the DIY gear that Takazudo builds by hand. The aim is to be a place where you can pick up a module you're curious about with confidence.
The second is knowledge — the product guides, notes, and YouTube videos that help people understand and enjoy modular synthesis. Modular is a deep and rewarding world, but that depth is exactly what makes it hard to know where to start. So beyond simply selling gear, we care about writing down what each module is and what makes it interesting, together with you.
Selling and explaining are not separate pursuits. Both grow from the same wish: that more people get to play with modular synths.
